Daisy Underbite is truly a pup after our own heart! This little pup has a gigantic heart and has overcome adversity to become an Instagram star. A veritable therapy pup, Daisy has a congenital deformity in her front legs, which makes her walk and run like a bunny hopping around. She uses a pink wheel cart during her walks to prevent from putting too much stress on her spine and has been experimenting with prosthetic legs. We loved getting to ask her a few questions, check it out!
Sully: Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with me today. Here’s one of my favorite questions – I think I look like George Clooney! What human celebrity do you look like?
Daisy: Hmmm… that is a tough question! I’m not sure which human celebrity I resemble, but I’ve been told that I look like Falkor from The Neverending Story.
Sully: That’s one of my most favorite movies ever! So, what’s your favorite part about being a celebrity dog?
Daisy: I love meeting new people and receiving kisses from them! I am so lucky to receive so much love and I always appreciate it when people approach me and let us know that they follow my adventure.
Sully: What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done to get a treat?
Daisy: I once was in my wheelchair and my human had my favorite freeze dried treats in her hand. Overwhelmed with excitement, I jumped and flipped over, forgetting the fact that I was in my wheelchair. Both my human and I were surprised but I wasn’t hurt at all.
Sully: I like to sleep on top of the couch just like the kitties. Where’s your favorite place to sleep?
Daisy: I can fall asleep anywhere at any given moment. I do enjoy resting my underbite on my human’s neck from time to time and my human loves it as well.
Sully: What’s your favorite thing to bark at?
Daisy: I’m not the most vocal dog. However, I like to bark when my brother, Mickey, begins barking. I’m never entirely sure as to what he is barking to, but I like to just go with the flow.
Sully: When your humans are watching television, what’s your favorite TV show or movie to watch?
Daisy: My human doesn’t watch too much television! She often listens to music and I enjoy snoozing to the sound.
Sully: If you could do any human job, what would it be and why?
Daisy: My human works at a shelter shop, in which she assists in adoptions of the shelter dogs and cats. Coming from a shelter myself, I would love to work in an environment like hers and help dogs and cats find forever homes.
Sully: When your humans are at work and you decide to surf the internets, what sites do you love to visit?
Daisy: I love visiting Instagram to check up on what my other doggie friends are up to! I may not be able to see them often, but it’s great to stay in the loop and see what kind of exciting day they are having.
